Flutter and native Android, from empty repo to a signed release on Play. Offline-first data, payments, notifications, the unglamorous parts that decide whether an app survives contact with users.
Marketing sites, landing pages, and dashboards that load fast on a mid-range phone on 4G. Hand-built and lightweight where a page will do; a real framework where an app is needed.
Image generation, LLM-backed flows, and prompt tooling wired into a product people already use — with the rate limits, caching, and cost ceilings worked out before launch, not after the bill.
Store listing, screenshots, policy review, analytics, and the first few iterations after release. Shipping is a phase of the project, not the end of it.

Four phases, fixed scope per phase. You see something running long before the end — nobody should wait weeks to find out what they're paying for.
One call, then a written scope: what ships in v1, what waits, what it costs, and how long. If the idea needs cutting down to fit reality, that conversation happens here.
Screens and flows for the whole v1 before any production code. Clickable, on a real device, so the awkward parts surface while they're still cheap to change.
Weekly installable builds. You use the thing as it grows and redirect early, instead of reviewing a finished product you can't afford to change.
Store listing, screenshots, policy review, analytics, and the first round of post-launch fixes. Then you own the repo and the console outright.

Pragat Inc is an indie product studio. We build the kind of software we'd want on our own phones: quick to open, honest about what it does, and free of the dark patterns that make an app feel like a trap.
