Summary
Lotus AI is an online app. To generate an image it has to send your text prompt to an AI image generation service, and to keep your gallery and your account it has to store data on servers we operate through Google Firebase. Unlike a purely offline app, information you enter here does leave your device.
We collect the minimum needed to run those features: the account information Google gives us when you sign in, the prompts and settings you submit, the images produced from them, and anonymous usage and crash analytics. We do not sell or share your personal information, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not ask for your contacts, your location or your microphone.
You decide whether each image you generate stays private or is published to the community feed. That single choice is the most consequential privacy decision in the app, and it is explained in section 6.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Lotus AI is published by Pragat Inc ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software studio. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for this app, and under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary.
This policy covers the Lotus AI Android application distributed
through Google Play under the package identifier
com.greenleaf.pixel. It does not cover Google Play
itself, the Google account you sign in with, or the independent AI
image generation services whose models the app calls on your
behalf.
By installing and using the app you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
2. Information we collect
Account information
Lotus AI signs you in with Google Sign-In, and also offers an anonymous sign-in option. When you sign in we receive basic account information provided by Google — such as your email address or a unique profile identifier. We use this only to authenticate you and to manage your account within the app. If you choose the anonymous option, your account is identified to us only by a generated identifier.
Prompts and generated images
Lotus AI lets you generate images from AI models and text prompts. When you use the image generation feature, the following may be collected and stored:
- the text prompts you enter;
- the AI model and style preferences you select;
- image-related metadata;
- the public or private status of each image;
- the generated image data, or a reference to it.
Where that image data physically lives depends on which model produced it. Section 7 explains the two possibilities.
Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. This may include app usage statistics, feature interactions, screen views, and crash and performance reports. This information is collected anonymously and is used solely to improve app performance and user experience. It is not used to identify you and it is not combined with your prompts or images to profile you.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, your precise location, audio, your messages, your call logs, your payment details, or the other content of your device. We do not use advertising networks and we do not collect advertising identifiers.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide the AI image generation service you request;
- authenticate you and manage your account;
- display community-generated content, where the creator has chosen to publish it;
- remember your model, style and app preferences;
- measure engagement and improve app performance through analytics;
- maintain community safety, including moderating published images.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not disclose it to anyone except the service providers listed in section 5 or where we are legally required to do so.
4. Permissions
Lotus AI needs network access. Signing you in and generating an image both require the app to contact servers over the internet; without a connection those features cannot work.
Beyond that, the app works from what you give it deliberately. You type the prompts and you choose the models and styles; the app does not scan your device, your photo library or your files looking for material to use.
The app does not request access to your contacts, your precise location, your microphone, your SMS messages or your phone state.
If a future version needs a permission that is not described here, it will be listed in this policy and reflected in the Google Play listing's Data Safety section before that version ships.
5. Third-party services and processors
Running Lotus AI requires the following third parties. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the data handling practices of the external AI providers. If you would rather a particular provider never saw a particular prompt, do not submit that prompt to that model.
International transfers. Google may process this data in data centres outside your own country, including outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and India. Those transfers rely on Google's own safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they apply.
6. Public sharing and the community feed
Every image you generate carries a public or private status that you control:
- Private — the image remains visible only to you, the creator.
- Public — the image is shown to other users of the app in the community feed.
You can delete your images at any time from within the app, and you can change your mind about an image's status.
Making an image public is publication. Other users can see it, and they can save or screenshot it on their own devices. Once that has happened, switching the image back to private or deleting it removes it from the feed but cannot undo the fact that it was seen — we have no way to reach copies that other people already hold.
Treat a prompt you publish as public writing. Do not put your own or anyone else's personal details, real names, addresses or other identifying information into a prompt attached to an image you intend to make public.
7. Where generated images are stored
Lotus AI stores only what the app needs to function: your account identifier, image metadata, generated image data or image URLs, and your preferences.
The storage location of the image itself depends on the AI model that produced it. It is one of the following:
- stored within the Firebase services the app uses; or
- stored on the third-party AI model provider's servers, with Lotus AI holding only the image URL and its related metadata.
In the second case the image file sits on infrastructure we do not operate, under that provider's terms and retention practices. We cannot guarantee how long a provider keeps a generated file, and an image URL issued by a provider may remain reachable by anyone who has the link.
8. Content moderation
All images in the community section are generated by users, not by us. We do not endorse them and we do not review every image before it appears.
As the administrator of the app, we reserve the right to remove, hide or restrict any image that we find to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our community guidelines. You can report an image you believe breaches those guidelines by writing to the contact address in section 15.
9. Guest access
You can use Lotus AI as a guest, without signing in. Guests can browse community-generated images.
Guests cannot generate images, download images, share images, or perform any account-related action. No personal information is collected from guest users.
10. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account record and your image metadata for as long as your account exists, because they are what the app shows you when you open it. Analytics data is retained for the period Firebase Analytics applies to it.
- Delete individual images — you can delete any image you created, at any time, from within the app. Deleting a public image removes it from the community feed.
- Delete your account and its data — email us at pragat.apps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete the account and the images and metadata held for it.
- Uninstalling removes the app and its local cache from your device, but does not by itself delete the account record or the images stored on our backend. Use the deletion route above for that.
Deletion covers what we hold. It does not reach copies other users saved from the community feed while an image was public, and it does not by itself erase a file held on an external AI provider's servers under section 7 — that is governed by the provider's own retention practices. Backups and logs may also retain a copy for a short period before they cycle out.
11. Security
- Traffic between the app, our Firebase backend and the AI providers is carried over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Access to our Firebase project is restricted to the developer accounts that need it, and account data is scoped so that one signed-in user's private images are not served to another.
- Authentication is delegated to Google Sign-In. We never see or store your Google password.
- Private images are not published to the community feed unless you change their status yourself.
No security measure is absolute. Data sent over the internet and stored on servers can never be guaranteed completely secure, and a rooted or compromised device can undermine protections on your side. We recommend keeping your device's screen lock and system updates enabled, and securing the Google account you sign in with.
12. Children's privacy
Lotus AI is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we hold such information, we will remove it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has used the app may write to us at the address in section 15 and we will delete the account and its content.
13. Your rights
Privacy laws including the EU and UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 give you rights over the personal data an organisation holds about you. In relation to Lotus AI you have the right to:
- Access — ask what account information, prompts, images and metadata we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate account information corrected.
- Erasure — delete your images from within the app, or ask us to delete your account and everything held for it.
- Portability — receive a copy of the data you provided to us in a machine-readable form.
- Objection and restriction — object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your data, including analytics.
- No sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out for you to exercise.
- Complaints — raise a concern with us at any time, and complain to your local supervisory authority — in India, the Data Protection Board; in the EEA or the UK, your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the address in section 15. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will also be posted within the app and reflected in the Google Play listing's Data Safety section. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy, so please review this page periodically.
