Summary

Pixel Magic AI is an online app. Generating an image, removing a background, upscaling a photo or reading a prompt back out of a picture all require the app to send what you gave it to an AI processing service. Unlike a purely offline app, the prompts you type and the photos you pick do leave your device.

What comes back stays with you. Your creations, your history and your preferences are kept locally on your device — we do not run an account system, we do not host a public feed, and your creations are never shown to other users.

The app is supported by advertising. Google AdMob serves the banner and interstitial ads, and to do that it collects device-level identifiers of its own. Section 6 explains what that means and how to limit it.

Data Why it is handled Leaves your device
Text prompts, parameters and style presets To generate the image you asked for and apply the style you chose. Yes — the AI processing engine used
Photos you select for a tool To run background removal, upscaling, prompt analysis or a painting or sketch transformation on them. Yes — the AI processing engine used
Your creations and history To let you browse, manage and re-download what you have made. No — stored on your device
Feedback you send To act on the suggestion or bug report you chose to write. Yes — sent to us
Usage and crash analytics To see which tools are used and to fix crashes and performance problems. Collected anonymously. Yes — Google Firebase

Account, contacts, precise location, microphone, SMS Not collected. There is no sign-in, and the app does not request these. Not collected

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Pixel Magic AI is published by Pragat Inc ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software studio. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for this app, and under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary.

This policy covers the Pixel Magic AI Android application distributed through Google Play under the package identifier com.greenleaf.pixel. It does not cover Google Play itself, the independent AI processing services the app calls on your behalf, or the external creative websites the app can open in an in-app browser — those are described in section 9 and are governed by their own policies.

By installing and using the app you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

2. Information we collect

No account, no sign-in

Pixel Magic AI does not ask you to create an account and does not sign you in. We do not receive your name, your email address or a profile identifier, and we hold no account record for you.

Prompts and inputs

When you generate an image, a photo or a piece of art, the app processes what you submit in order to produce a result:

  • the text descriptions and prompts you enter;
  • the generation parameters you set;
  • the style presets and models you select.

Photos you choose to upload

Several tools work on a picture rather than a prompt — the AI Background Remover, the AI Upscaler, Image to Text / Prompt Analyzer, and the Photo-to-Painting and Photo-to-Sketch transformations. For these you select a photo from your device, and that photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection solely to perform the transformation you asked for.

The app does not scan, index or upload your photo library. Only the specific image you pick for a specific operation is sent, and only at the moment you run it.

Feedback

If you use the in-app feedback dialog, we receive the text message you write. Whatever you choose to put in that box is what we get — please do not include personal details you would rather we did not hold.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how the app is used. This covers app opens, which tools you interact with, session duration, and crash and performance reports. It is collected anonymously, it is not used to identify you, and it is not combined with your prompts or your photos to profile you.

Advertising data

Google AdMob serves the ads in the app. To do so it may collect and process your Android Advertising ID, your IP address, coarse location inferred from that IP address, and metrics about which ads you were shown and interacted with. This happens inside Google's advertising SDK; we receive aggregate performance figures, not the underlying identifiers.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, your precise GPS location, audio, your messages, your call logs, your payment details, or the other content of your device.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • run the AI creation and editing services you request — text-to-image generation, photo enhancement, background removal, upscaling, style transformation and prompt analysis;
  • store your creations, history and preferences locally so the app can show them back to you;
  • display banner and interstitial advertisements via AdMob;
  • diagnose bugs, measure which features are used, and deliver configuration updates through Firebase Remote Config;
  • filter harmful or prohibited prompts and keep generated output within the app's safety rules;
  • respond to feedback and support messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the AdMob processing described in section 6, and we do not disclose it to anyone except the service providers listed in section 5 or where we are legally required to do so.

4. Permissions

Network access is required. Every AI operation in the app runs on a remote service, so without a connection the tools cannot work.

Photos and media access is requested in two situations, both of which you initiate: when you pick an image to run a tool on, and when you save a finished creation to your device gallery. The permission is used for those file operations and nothing else.

The app does not request access to your contacts, your precise location, your microphone, your SMS messages or your phone state.

If a future version needs a permission that is not described here, it will be listed in this policy and reflected in the Google Play listing's Data Safety section before that version ships.

5. Third-party services and processors

Running Pixel Magic AI requires the following third parties. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Service Role Policy
Google AdMob Serves the banner and interstitial advertisements, and collects the advertising data described in section 2. Google Advertising Policy
Google Firebase Anonymous usage analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration of app features. Firebase Privacy and Security
AI processing engines Receive your prompt, parameters or uploaded photo over a secure API and return the generated or transformed image. Which engine is involved depends on the tool and model you choose. The privacy policy of the provider behind the tool you use
External creative web tools Specialist sites such as Suno AI and Luma Dream Machine, opened in an in-app browser view. See section 9. The privacy policy of the site you open
Google Play Distributes and updates the app. Your download is a transaction with Google, outside our visibility. Google Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the data handling practices of the external AI providers. If you would rather a particular provider never saw a particular prompt or a particular photo, do not submit it to that tool.

International transfers. Google and the AI providers may process this data in data centres outside your own country, including outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and India. Those transfers rely on the providers' own safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they apply.

6. Advertising and your ad choices

Pixel Magic AI is free, and advertising is how it pays for the AI processing behind each generation. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob as banners and as interstitials between actions.

Important

Advertising is the one part of the app where a persistent identifier is involved. Your Android Advertising ID, your IP address and the ads you interact with are processed by Google's advertising systems, which may use them to select which ads to show you.

You control that identifier at the device level, not in our app. In Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android you can reset your advertising ID or delete it entirely. Deleting it stops personalised ad selection; you will still see ads, but generic ones.

Your prompts, your uploaded photos and your creations are never passed to the advertising SDK and are never used to target ads.

7. Where your creations are stored

Everything the app makes for you is stored locally on your device — the generated images, the history of what you have created, and your app preferences. There is no server-side gallery, no user account holding your work, and no public feed. Other users of the app cannot see what you make.

Prompts and photos sent to an AI processing engine are handled by that engine only for as long as it takes to compute your result. They are used to produce the output you asked for, not to build a profile of you.

What local storage means for you

Because your creations live on the device rather than on our servers, they are only as durable as the device. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or losing or resetting the phone removes them, and we hold no copy to restore from. Save anything you want to keep to your gallery, or back it up yourself.

8. Content safety and moderation

Prompts are screened against a filter for harmful and prohibited terms before they are sent for generation, and the AI providers apply their own safety systems on top of that. A request that trips either layer will be refused.

Because your creations stay on your own device and are not published anywhere by the app, there is no community feed for us to moderate and no way for one user's output to reach another.

You remain responsible for what you generate and for what you do with it afterwards, including any image you choose to export and share elsewhere.

9. In-app links to external creative tools

The app can open a small number of external creative websites — such as Suno AI and Luma Dream Machine — in an in-app browser view, so you can reach them without leaving the app.

Once one of those pages is open you are on someone else's service. Anything you type or upload there goes to that provider under that provider's privacy policy and terms, not this one. We do not receive it and we cannot delete it for you.

10. Data retention and deletion

  • Your creations and history — held on your device for as long as you keep them. Delete an individual creation from within the app, or clear the app's storage to remove all of them at once.
  • Uninstalling removes the app together with the creations, history and preferences stored on the device. Because we hold no account, there is nothing left behind on our side to delete afterwards.
  • Analytics is retained for the period Firebase Analytics applies to it, in anonymous form.
  • Advertising data is retained by Google under its own advertising retention policy. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID breaks the link to the profile built against it.
  • Feedback messages are kept while we work through the suggestion or bug they describe, and can be deleted on request.

If you want to be certain nothing of yours remains with us, email pragat.apps@gmail.com and we will confirm what, if anything, is held against your request.

11. Security

  • Prompts, uploaded photos and returned results travel over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Your creations are held in the app's own storage area on your device rather than on infrastructure we operate, which keeps them out of reach of a server-side breach.
  • We hold no passwords and no account credentials, because the app has no sign-in.
  • Access to our Firebase project is restricted to the developer accounts that need it.

No security measure is absolute. Data sent over the internet can never be guaranteed completely secure, and because your creations sit on your device, a rooted or compromised phone puts them at risk. We recommend keeping your device's screen lock and system updates enabled.

12. Children's privacy

Pixel Magic AI is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we discover that we hold such information, we will remove it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has used the app may write to us at the address in section 15.

13. Your rights

Privacy laws including the EU and UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 give you rights over the personal data an organisation holds about you. In relation to Pixel Magic AI you have the right to:

  • Access — ask what we hold about you. In practice this is very little: we run no account, and your creations are on your device, not ours.
  • Erasure — delete your creations from within the app or by uninstalling it, and ask us to delete any feedback message you sent.
  • Objection and restriction — object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your data, including analytics.
  • Opt out of personalised advertising — reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, as described in section 6.
  • No sale — we do not sell your personal information, so there is no sale opt-out for you to exercise.
  • Complaints — raise a concern with us at any time, and complain to your local supervisory authority — in India, the Data Protection Board; in the EEA or the UK, your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the address in section 15. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will also be reflected in the Google Play listing's Data Safety section. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy, so please review this page periodically.
